Improving Performance

As you know, some of the main differences between MGSV (Metal Gear Solid V) and the previous is that you can manage your Mother base activities, develop your own equipment, and accomplish side op missions. Paying attention to those things is very useful in this game.

     Mother Base

Mother Base is your military base and your back bone. You can recruit solders, assign their tasks, improve their performance, dispatch them to missions, and even dismiss the unwanted ones. The higher basses’ levels you have the larger amount of solders you can get. The amount of soldiers and their ranks are the two main factors of Mother Base’ strength.

You can recruit solders by extracting them during missions or you can send your solders to recruiting dispatch missions.

    Developing Equipment and Docks

Since you have good solders, you can develop your equipment and increasing Mother Base Docks’ levels. It will surely cost money and resources but it will strongly help you. You can develop armors, weapons, choppers, sneaking suits, radars, and many other things.

     Side op missions

Even though you can get new solders, money, and resources in main missions and dispatch missions, side ops are very useful. Money, resources, and solders can be found in side ops too. Every side op mission has a certain special trophy. Some side ops has highly skilled solders. Unique blueprint which are important to develop new special equipment can be found in another side ops.
